Some Easy DAILY Good Habits

  What are daily good habits? 1. Always start your day by making your bed. It will give you a sense of accomplishment and motivate you to finish another one of your work. 2. Don’t use your mobile the first thing after waking up. Just get up, sit and smile for about 15 seconds. You wanna start your day with endorphins which are released when you smile. 3. Don’t contribute time to the things that don’t benefit your goal. I am not saying never use your phones but know what you goal you have to achieve and how passionate you are for it. 4. Make mental note of what you have to throughout the day so that your day is organised. I am a student and I actually write in a diary very briefly the topics I have to cover throughout the day. 5. 8 Habits That Can Improve Your Life

1. Sleep before 11pm. When you are sleep deprived, nothing else helps. Test out your ideal sleep duration and stick to it. 2. Eat real food, eat slowly, and stop when you are no longer hungry, not when you are full. 3. Stay away from processed food, give your brain the 20 minutes it needs to feel full so you are not overeating without knowing it. 4. Workout physically and mentally. Regular exercises keep your biological age younger than your chronological age. 5. Spend time in nature. Nature boosts your immune system, improves your mood, and makes you more creative. Immerse yourself in nature and breath in the energy. 6. Be the best you can be, but don’t be attached to things you can’t control. You deserve the best effort from yourself, so work hard and act virtuously. 7. Don’t use circumstances or setbacks as excuses. 8. Above all be grateful to God and never forget to put hi. first.

What is the secret of happy life?

​1. Never regret anything in life. You can't change the past, but you can certainly do something about the future. 2. Force yourself to smile, even if there's nothing to smile about. Blood will start flowing into the brain again. Do something crazy, without breaking the law, of course. You'll not forget that in a long while, and you'll smile each time you remember it. 3. Help someone in need. Get out and find a beggar or a hungry child, and buy her/him a loaf of bread. Don't give them money. Watch Mr. Bean or Daliso Chaponda on YouTube. It will help change the perspective of things, and put you on a laughter trajectory. 4. Remember an important event that happened in your life some time in the past, and dwell there for a while. It will help trigger your serotonin and get you back on a happy mood once again. 5. Do not let the past overtake you, however negative it may seem. You can do better than that.
